We accept submissions across Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Historical Fiction genres, and we welcome both debut authors and seasoned storytellers. If you have a manuscript that embodies creativity, passion, and a unique perspective, you could be the next author we work with!
Steps to submit
How to Submit Your Manuscript
We take great pride in carefully reviewing each manuscript we receive. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your submission is processed smoothly:
Submission Guidelines
01. Cover Letter
- Brief introduction to yourself as an author.
- A short summary of your manuscript (max. 300 words).
- Why you believe your manuscript would be a good fit for Clandestine Citadel Press.
02. Manuscript
- Submit the manuscript in a Word document (.docx) or PDF format.
- Manuscripts should be double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with one-inch margins.
- Include the manuscript title, your name, and contact information in the header of each page.
- Word count: Include the total word count of your manuscript in the submission email or cover letter.
03. Synopsis
- A one-page synopsis of the story, including key plot points and character arcs.
04. BIO
- A short bio (max. 150 words) highlighting your writing experience and any previous publications.

02. Online Submission Form
If you prefer to submit through our online form, simply click below to begin the process. You will be prompted to upload your manuscript and provide the necessary details.
After Submissions
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your submission, here’s what you can expect:
01. Acknowledgment
We will confirm receipt of your manuscript within 2–3 business days.
02. Review Process:
Your manuscript will undergo an initial review. Please allow up to 6 weeks for us to evaluate your work.
03. Response
We will notify you whether we are interested in moving forward with your manuscript. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll provide constructive feedback to help you in your next steps.
